Yay I got the stuffing yesterday while I was in town and came home and quickly stuffed and finished my first ever biscornu!!!! I'm really proud of myself. I think it came out great! But my one question is... How do you get the stuffing more in the sides/corners than in the middle? I tried to stuff the stuffing into the corners but it seemed to all bunch in the middle and made it a bit harder for me to do the button.

Lovely finish , well done . I usually use a pair of tweezers to poke the stuffing round a bit, lol.
